How much does delivery cost?

Royal Mail delivery on all purchases is free of charge in the UK.

Customers are fully responsible for Customs and other import related charges applied to Goods we ship outside the EU.

How will my order be delivered?

In our experience “The Royal Mail” are the best guys in the UK for delivering parcels.


When should I expect to receive my order?

Royal Mail postmen normally deliver in the mornings so you should expect delivery before 1pm between Monday and Saturday. The delivery times tend to vary during extremely busy periods when several deliveries take place later than expected. We advise to order earlier to avoid any unforeseen delays.


Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes. Your purchase is valuable to us so we have to make sure you get it safely which means we need a signature. Sometimes  it is up to your local postman to decide whether or not to use someone other than you to sign for the package. This scenario is most often seen if we are delivering to a work address where parcels are signed for at reception.


Can I send to an alternative delivery address?

Yes, you can send your order to a different address to that registered to your card.

Please note that because of the nature of online shopping we take additional measures to make sure that alternative delivery addresses are not potentially fraudulent. Whilst we make every effort to make sure deliveries to alternative addresses are dispatched as quickly as possible, please be aware that such orders are subject to delays of up to five working days. In order to speed this process up we recommend that your alternative address is one of the following:

- A place of work

- A relatives’ address

- A nearby address


What happens if I’m not in when they try to deliver?

In most cases the postman will leave a calling card to say that they tried to deliver. There will be instructions on it for you to follow. You can either pick the parcel up from your local post office or you can rearrange delivery using the Royal Mail’s website.

We highly recommend that you act quickly in case a parcel has not been delivered to you as it might be returned to us after a week.


How do I know when you’ve sent my order?

We’ll send you an email to inform you that your order has been updated to “Shipped” status. The date this email is sent is the date that the parcel is handed over to the Royal Mail who will then deliver as fast as they can.


We always recommend checking the Junk folder as sometimes there is a chance it goes there instead of the inbox. If an order has been received by us before 2pm on a working day the chances are that you’ll receive it the following working day.


I’ve still not received my order; what should I do?

If you have received an email from us saying that your order has been shipped and do not receive your watch within five working days of this email please contact us. We’ll track the parcel down for you and let you know what we can do to help.


Can I order from outside UK and Pay?

Yes. If you pay using PayPal/Google Checkout then we can send your order to almost anywhere in the world where PayPal verify addresses.


How will my international order be delivered?

The order is sent via our dedicated Royal Mail service who in turn hands over the parcels onto your local national postal service provider for further delivery procedure. There is a variation in the levels of service between different national postal service providers.
